PDFበሃገር ማቅናት ስም የተፈጸሙ ግፎችን ይክዳሉ
በቀለ ጅራታ ከስዊድን
ባለፉት ዘመናትም ሆነ ዛሬ በኢትዮዽያ ኣመሰራረት ላይ በውስጣ በሚኖሩ ሃዝቦች መካከል መግባባት የለም። የሃገሪቷን ስልጣን በሃይል የያዙት ወገኖች “ሃገር የማቅናት ስራ ሰራን እንጂ, የፈጸምነው በደል የለም;” እያሉ በሃገር ማቅናት ስም የተፈጸሙ ግፎችን ይክዳሉ። ለምንም ኣላማ ይሁን የተገፉ፣ ነጻነታቸውንና ክብራቸውን የተነጠቁ ህዝቦች ደግሞ በሃይል ሃገራችንን ተነጠቅን እንጂ ወደን ኣይደለም በማለት የተነጠቁኣቸውን መብቶች በማስመለስ ለእኩልነት፣ ለነጻነትና ለፍትሕ ይታገላሉ።
በነዚህ ሁለት ተጻራሪ ሃሳቦች ምክንያት – “የሃገር ኣቅኚ” ወገንም ሆኑ ሌሎችም – በኣንድ ላይ ሰላም በማጣት ለዘመናት ስማቅቁ ለመኖር ተገደዋል። ኣለም ሰልጥኖ ጨረቃ ላይ በወጣበት ዘመን እንኳን የኣስተሳሰብ ለውጥ ለማምጣት የተሳናቸው ወገኖች ዛሬም ቀድሞ የተበላሹትን ሁኔታዎች ለማስተካከል ከመስራት ይልቅ, የሕዝቦችን ቁስል የሚያደሙ ታሪኮችን ለማደስ እየተሽቀዳደሙ ይታያሉ።
በተለይም ባለፉት ሃያ ሁለት ኣመታት, ኣእምሮና ህሊና የጎደላቸው ግለስቦች ወይም ቡድኖች በሃገር ኣንድነት ስም ጸረ-ኣንድነትና ኣፍራሽ ድርጊቶችን ስያራግቡ እንደከረሙ ትክክለኛ ኣስተሳሰብ ያላቸው የማይክዱት ነው። ለሃገር ኣንድነት ተቆርቃሪ እየመሰሉ ለነጻነትና ለኩልነት፣ የሚታገሉትን ህዝቦች እንደሃገር ኣፍራሽ ሲቆጥሩና ሲያወግዙ እስከዛሬ ዘልቀዋል። እነዚህ ወገኖች የራሳቸውን የትምክህት ስሜትና ኣስተሳሰብ ከማዳመጥ በስተቀር ለነገ የህዝቦች ኣብሮነት ደንታ የላቸውም። ባለፉት ሃያ ሁለት ኣመታት ህዝቦችን የሚያራርቅ እንጂ የሚያቀራርብ ተግባር ስፈጽሙ ኣልታዩም። ጤነኛ ኣስተሳስብ ያለው ወገን ተበደልኩ የሚለውን ወገን በማዳመጥ ያለፉት ስተቶች እንዳይደገሙ የበኩሉን ይሰራል እንጂ ኣልተበደልክም፣ ወይም የተፈጸሙት በደሎች ትክክል ናቸው ቢሎ በተበዳዩ ኣያፌዝም። እንደዚህ ኣይነት ኣስተሳሰብ ኣንድ ነን፣ ተዋልደናል፣ ሁላችንም የኣንድ ሃገር ልጆች ነን ከሚል ኣይቀርብም።
ከላይ እንደመግቢያ ላነሳሁት ምክንያት የሆነኝ ሰሞኑን የኦሮሞና የደቡብ ህዝቦችን በመውረር በወቅቱ መጠነ-ሰፊ በደሎችን ያደረሰውን ምኒልክን እንደ ኣዲስ የማወደስና ከነልሰን ማንደላ በበለጠ ደግ የሰራ ጀግና እያሉ የእንተርነት ድህረ ገጾችን እያጣበቡ ያሉ ወገኖች ሁኔታ ነው። እነዚህ ወገኖች ምኒልክ ለእነሱ ጀግና ሲሆን ለሌሎች እንደ ኦሮሞ፣ ሱማሌ፣ ሲዳማ፣ ወላይታ፣ ወዘተ ለምን ጀግናቸው ኣድርገው እንደማይመለከቱ ለምን እንዳልተገነዘቡ ኣይገባኝም፣ እነሱ ምኒልክ “ሃገር ኣቀና” ብሉም እሱ የፈጸመው ከኣውሮፓ ቅኝ ገዢዎች የበለጠ ግፍና በደል በመሆኑ ማወደስ ሳይሆን ታሪኩም በግፈኞች ተርታ መጻፍ ያለበት ነው።
በጣም የሚገርመው ደግሞ እንደ ጋዜጠኛ ተመስገን ደሳለኝ ኣይነቱ ከዚህ በፊት “ወገናዊነት የማያጠቃውና የሃገሪቷን የፖለቲካ ሁኔታ ሚዛናዊ በሆነ መልኩ በማቅረብ በብዙ አንባቢዎች ዘንድ እኔን ጨምሮ ኣድናቆት የነበረው” ግለሰብ ከሱና ከመሰሎቹ በስተቀር ምኒልክ በሌሎች የኢቶዽያ ህዝቦች ዘንድ በምን ሁኔታ እንደሚታወስ እያወቀ በህዝቦች መካከል ውጥረት ነግሶ ባለበት ጊዜ ምኒልክን ተወዳዳሪ የሌለው ጀግና ኣድርጎ ማቅረቡ ነው። ዘር ከልጓም ይስባል እንደሚባለው ሆኖበት ወይም ከወገኖቹ መካከል መልካም ታሪክ ያለውን በማጣት ሊሆን ይችላል የሀገሪቷ ፖለቲካ ችግር ውስጥ መኖሩን እሱ እራሱ በተደጋጋሚ ጽፎ ሲያስነብብ ቆይቷል። ለፖለቲካ ችግርና ውጥረት መንስኤ የሆነውም እንደዚህ ኣይነቱ የተዛባና የሃገሪቷን ጠቅላላ ህዝቦች የማይወክሉና ከኣንድ ወገን ብቻ የሚወደሱ ኣመለካከቶች መሆናቸው ነው። ይህ በኣሁኑ ጊዜ እንደዚህ ኣይነት የተበዳዩን ወገን ጠባሳ የሚያደሙ ታሪኮችን ከተቀበሩበት ጉድጓድ እያወጡ መጻፍ ማለት በባለታሪኩ የተፈጸሙት ግፎችና በደሎች ሁሉ ትክክል ናቸው ብሎ በተበደለው ህዝብ ላይ እንደማፌዝና የለየለት ንቀት መሆኑን መረዳትና መታረም ያስፈልጋል።
ምኒልክን ጀግናና የተመሰከረለት ታላቅ መሪ ኣድርገው ያልነበረውን ባህርይ ኣልብሰው በኣሁኑ ጊዜ ማቅረብ ማለት ኣላማው እራሱ የምኒልክ ኣገዛዝ ከፈጸመው ግፍ የከፋ እንጂ ያነሰ ኣይደለም። ይህንን ኣይነቱን ታሪክ ነው ብለው ሞቶ የተረሳውን የሚያራግቡ ግለሰቦች ወ ይም ቡድኖች ለኢትዮዽያ ሃዝቦች ኣንድነት የለየላቸው ጠንቅ መሆናቸውን ማወቅ ኣለባቸው። እነዚህ ወገኖች ምኒልክ ስተት የሰራው “የተበታተኑ ሃዝቦችን ኣንድ ለማድረግና ሃገር ለማቅናት” ነበር ብለው ልያሳምኑን ይሞክራሉ። ወራሪው ምኒሊክ ግን እንኳን የተበታተኑትን ህዝቦች ማቀራረብ ይቅርና የወረራቸውን ህዝቦች ኣንድም ጊዜ ህዝቦቼ ናቸው ኣላለም። ያደረገው ነገር ቢኖር ግማሹን የራሱና የተከታዮቹ መገልገያ ባሪያ ሲይደርጋቸው ሌሎችን ደግሞ ሰብስቦ ለውጭ ባለውለታዎቹ ሸጣቸው። እሱ በዘረጋው መንገድ ወራሾቹም የህዝቦችን መሬት ቀምተው ገባርና ጭሰኛ በማድረግ ያለ ርህራሄ የህዝቦችን ደም ስጠጡ ኖረው በ ህዝቦች ኣብዮት ልገረሰሱ ቻሉ። ያ ሲሆን የሰሜኑ ኣርሶ ኣደር መሬትን በርስተ ጉልትነት ይዘው ለዘር ማንዘራቸው ያስተላልፉ ነበር። የዛሬዎቹ የምኒልክና የሃይለስላሴን ታሪክ ለማራገብና ከሰሩት ግፍ ነጻ ለማድረግ የሚራወጡት ቢያንስ እንደዚያ ኣይነት ኣድሎኣዊ ኣገዛዝን ሰህተት ነበር ብለው በማውገዝ ለወደፊቱ ሌሎች ስተቶች እንዳይኖሩ ለመስራት መነሳሳትና በግድ ለማምጣት የሚሞክሩትን የኢትዮዽያ ኣንድነት በስራ ማሳየት ነበረባቸው።
ከዘመን ዘመን ተጭባጩን ሁኔታ ለመረዳት ኣእምሮም ሆነ ህሊና የሌላቸው ለነገ የሚባልን የማያውቁና በህዝቦች መካከል ሆነ ብለው ግጭት ለመፈጠር ወይም ከመቀራረብ መራራቅን የሚስብኩ ቡድኖችንና ግለሰቦችን ነው። እነዚህ ወገኖች በኔ ግምት ከኋላቸው የምያስቡለት ህዝብ የላቸውም። ምክንያቱም ሰላም ማጣትና የእርስበርስ ግጭት ወይም ጦርነት ምን ያህል ኣስከፊና ኣውዳሚ መሆኑንና እንደዚህ ኣይነት ሁኔታ ቢፈጠር ጉዳት የደርስበታል ብለው የምያስቡለት ህዝብ ብኖራቸው ሁልጊዜ ህዝቦችን የሚያጋጭ ወይም ወደ ግጭት የሚወስድ መንገድ ባልተከተሉ ነበር። በርግጥ በኣለም ህዝቦች ዘንድ የተወገዘውን የናዚ ኣላማ ደጋፊዎች ባውሮፓ በተለይም በጀርመን ሃገር በዛሬው ጊዜ እየተስፋፉ መሆናቸው ስታሰብ የነዚህም ላይደንቅ ይችላል። ዛሬ ግፍ ኣድራጊውን ምኒልክን እንደዚህ ኣስከፊና ውጥረት በነገሰበት ወቅት ባለ መልካም ታሪክ ኣድርጎ ለማቅረብ መሞከር ከናዚ ጀርመን ኣላማ ደጋፊዎች ተለይቶ ኣይታይም።
በኔ ግምት ኣለም በሰለጠነበትና በቀደሙት ዘመናት የተፈጸሙትን ግፎች በማውገዝ ለመጪው ትውልድ የመከባበርና የመደጋገፍ ሁኔታ እንዲጠነክር በመስራት ላይ ባሉበት ወቅት የድሮ ግፈኞችን ታሪክ ከጉድጋድ ፈልጎ ታሪክ ኣለን ማለት የጥሩ ታሪክ ኣልባ ወ ይም የታሪክ ደሃ መሆንን ያመለክታል። ለብዙ ዘመናት በውሸት ታሪክ እራስንም ሆነ የኣለም ህብረተሰብን ለማታለል ተሞክሯል። እውነትና ንጋት እያደር ይበራል እንደሚባለው እነዚያ ኩሸቶች ዛሬ ተጋልጠዋል። ስለዚህ ኣዲስ ታሪክ ለመስራት መዘጋጀት እንጂ የረከሰና ኣፈር ለበላው ታሪክ ለማደስ ጊዜን ከማጥፋት በላይ ለትዝብት ይዳርጋል።
ስለዚህ የነዚህን ጸረ ህዝቦች፣ የሰላምና የወደፊት የህዝቦች ኣንድነት እንቅፋቶችና የመበታተን ኣደጋ መሪ ተዋናዮችን ሰላም ወዳድ የሆኑ፣ ኣእምሮና ህሊና ያላቸው የኣበሻ ልጆች ድምጻቸውን ክፍ ኣድርገው ልቃወሙና ሊያወግዙት ይገባል። ምንልክም ሆነ ሌሎች ገዢዎች ስለሰሩት ግፎች የዛሬዎች ልጆቻቸውና የልጅ ልጆቻቸው እንዲጠየቁ ወይም ካሳ እንድክፍሉ የጠቃቸው ኣካል የለም። ነገር ግን በኦሮሞና በሌሎች የደቡብ ህዝቦች ብቻ ሳይሆን በማንኛውም ህዝብ ላይ በድል መፈጸም ትክክል ኣለመሆኑን መገነዘብና ማንም ይፈጽም ማውገዝ ህሊና ካለው የሚጠበቅ ነው።
